Checklist:
Applicants for admission should submit the following documents:

Application for admission to the University of Oklahoma, including the $25 non-refundable application fee. Students applying to the Organizational Dynamics program should use one of the following major codes:
2008M for the emphasis in Human Resource Management
2008P for the emphasis in Information Management
2008N for the emphasis in Technical Project Management

Application for admission to the University of Oklahoma, including the $25 non-refundable application fee. Students applying to the Organizational Dynamics program should use one of the following major codes: -2008M for the emphasis in Human Resource Management -2008P for the emphasis in Information Management -2008N for the emphasis in Technical Project Management. Students who are uncertain of which option they wish to pursue may use 2008M.

Complete and official transcripts from all academic institutions attended.

At least two letters of recommendation. At least one of these letters must be from the applicant's work environment.

Statement of personal and professional purpose in pursuing this degree.
With the exception of transcripts, applicants must submit all of the above documentation in a single application packet. Applicants may either arrange to have transcripts sent to the address below or may include them in their application packet. All application materials must arrive not later than April 6, 2007. Incomplete or partial applications cannot be considered.

Statement of Purpose:
Applicants must submit a one or two page essay stating professional and personal purposes and goals in applying to the program.

Your statement should include

the nature of your interest;
how you became interested in this field;
your short and long-term goals;
the strengths you would bring to your profession; and
how the Organizational Dynamics program will help meet your career and personal objectives.
The essay will assist the Admissions Committee in selecting applicants whose goals and objectives will be the most likely to benefit from the program design. The essay will also assist the Admissions Committee in assessing the applicants' relative abilities to write at the graduate level.
