| The program draws on the expertise of many faculty in Psychology, Knowledge Management and the School of Library and Information Studies. Some of the key faculty members involved in the program include: | |||
Brigitte Steinheider, Director & Assistant Professor of Psychology, earned her MBA in 1992 from the University of Duesseldorf and her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Technology Dresden in 1996. Her research focuses on transdisciplinary collaborations and knowledge sharing in corporate R&D teams and academic settings. She is also interested in reactions to environmental stressors and how people cope with them. She has consulted for a variety of international organizations such as Volkswagen and DaimlerChrysler. |

| Jennifer Kisamore, Assistant Professor of Psychology, earned her Ph.D. in 2003 from the University of South Florida. Her research interests include employee training and selection, meta-analysis, integrity and measurement. Dr. Kisamore has conducted organizational assessments at a variety of organizations including Publix Supermarkets, the Social Security Administration, and Novartis Pharmaceuticals. | |||

Dayle Aldridge, Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology, earned her Ph.D. in 1975 from the University of Oklahoma. Dayle has extensive applied and consulting experience in the areas of leadership, project management, human resource training and development, and learning. Research interests include techniques to broaden the use of emotional intelligence among corporate leaders. |

Eugenia Cox-Fuenzalida, Assistant Professor of Psychology, earned her Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 2000. Her research interests are interdisciplinary combining the study of personality and human factors. Her current research focuses on behavioral aspects of traits with biological or perceptual bases (e.g., extraversion, anxiety, and neuroticism). She is presently examining the relationship between individual differences, workload variation, and performance. |

Eric Day, Assistant Professor of Psychology, earned his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University in 1998. His research interests include assessment center technology, training and development, complex skill acquisition, small group dynamics, and group decision-making. Dr. Day has developed assessment and training tools for a variety of clientele, including The George Bush School of Public Policy and Government. |

Yong-Mi Kim, is an Assistant Professor in the School of Libraries and Information Studies at the University of Oklahoma. She obtained her Ph.D. in MIS at the University of Oklahoma in 2005. She also has a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. Her research interests are IT-based firm performance, IT outsourcing, knowledge management, and social networks and capital. Her work appears in Information Systems Research, International Journal of Public Administration, and various national-level conference proceedings. |

Jorge Mendoza, Professor of Psychology, earned his Ph.D. in 1974 from the University of Oklahoma in the area of quantitative psychology. Dr. Mendoza’s current interests include the topics of selection, validation, validity generalization, and multivariate statistics. |

Robert Terry, Associate Professor of Psychology, earned his Ph.D. in 1989 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the area of quantitative psychology. Dr. Terry’s current interests include the measurement of individual differences, test construction and evaluation, and interpersonal perception. |

Larry Toothaker, Professor of Psychology, earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin in 1969. His research interests includes research on MCP’s, and specifically as this research interfaces with the areas of two-way ANOVA designs, notably repeated measures designs, and nonparametric methods. Also, he is interested in research on the teaching of statistics. |
