Process
Graduates earning the Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics will acquire the leadership skills needed to manage people, projects, and technology, with special attention to technology-based industries. The program will develop these skills by bringing together cutting edge research with practical application. The program builds upon a set of core courses, which examine leadership, innovation, teamwork, and analysis. After completing these core courses, students specialize in one of three general tracks:

Candidates for the Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics must fulfill the following requirements. Candidates must complete two of the following, three-hour core courses (for a total of 6 credit hours):
Candidates must also complete both of the following core courses for a total of 6 hours:
Candidates must specialize in one of the following tracks, completing four, three-hour major track courses (for a total of twelve credit hours). Candidates must also select an alternative track completing two, three-hour alternative track courses (for a total of six credit hours). Human

Additionally, students must complete a capstone project (three credit hours). This capstone project will involve “real-world” application of the material covered in the program. The capstone project will demonstrate a comprehensive application of current theory and research in an organizational context. Capstone Project *Students may opt to complete a research thesis (ODYN 5980) in lieu of the Capstone Project. Students must complete the master’s degree within five calendar years from the semester in which the first course work is taken. If a student has not enrolled in classes for one year or more, he or she must apply for readmission to the Graduate College. Note: Course offerings are subject to change. Courses in the ODYN program (other than some of those in the KM track), are taught by live instructors in the same classroom as the students.
